When Moon Stargazer joined the Spaceray’s crew she thought it would be a calm research job, where she would finally develop new Suit Biometric Systems and then go back to a planetary facility. Now she was getting real life Medical Officer experience. In a survival scenario of all things.
She was in one of the labs when the Spaceray was attacked. There were blasts everywhere, several Penguins were blinded and had severe burns. She was one of the 3 who rushed others from the lab into escape pods, some of which had to be shared due to the rushed escape.
She was the only one unharmed except for a few bruises and minor burns. A Corporal, a Medic and her, treated those with severe wounds and also themselves. They were attacked that night by local predators but they fought them off with sticks and their flares. They took refuge in a cave under lizard looking rocks, but they had no means of communication and were running low on food.
They all agreed she had to go out and find a vantage point from where she could try to use a primitive method for distress signals and if possible, food. She left the wounded with the last flare, most of their supplies and went out ranging to bring help.
She was reluctant at first, not that she was afraid to go alone, she went hiking often but she didn't want to leave them all in those conditions. However, the Corporal's positiveness was contagious and encouraging. He said they would be ok and he knew she would find help to bring them all to safety.
By Apollo the Physician, Panacea and Epione she would save them all...
